Forex Manager API for CRM: reading the quote.
Manager API integration is often sold as one line with a large price. Ask the vendor to break it into workflows, permissions, testing and support so you can compare quotes fairly.

List the workflows
Account creation, balance operations, group changes and reporting are separate jobs. A quote that names each tells you what you are buying. A quote that says “full integration” tells you nothing.
Question the permissions
Access to management functions is sensitive. Ask which permissions are needed for each workflow, who holds credentials and how access is revoked. A provider that cannot answer clearly is a risk.

Price testing and support
Testing on a non-production system, failure handling and monthly support are real work. Ask whether they are included, and how much a change request costs later. Compare with a plain CRM licence quote.
Change requests and scope creep
Integrations grow. Agree how new workflows are requested, estimated and approved, and ask for a price list for common changes. A clear process keeps small improvements from becoming disputes, and helps you budget for the second year as well as the first.
Example of a vague and a clear quote
A vague quote says “full integration, one price”. A clear quote lists account creation, balance operations, group changes and reporting, names the test environment, and gives a price for support and changes. If you receive the first, ask the vendor to rewrite it as the second before you compare.
Questions we hear
Is Manager API access guaranteed with a gray label?
No. It is optional and depends on your setup’s scope. Confirm before you build around it.
Will the API work for a prop firm CRM?
It can support challenge workflows if the scope allows. Bring your rules to the quote.
