Access you should see in writing
Ask which administrator, manager and dealer functions you get, and which stay with the provider. Control over spreads, leverage, commissions and swaps should be listed, not implied.
Dealing and risk tools
Decide whether you will run A-book, B-book or a mix, and whether the tools you need are included. Execution policy is a business and regulatory question; the setup should support your choice, not decide it for you.
Add-ons that move the price

Hidden costs in white label deals
Look for server fees, plugin licences, bridge costs, data feeds and support tiers that sit outside the headline price. Request a first-year cost summary that includes all of them, and compare two sellers on that basis. The cheapest brochure is often not the cheapest year.
A buyer’s scenario
A team wants control over swaps and account types for several regions. A white label gives that control, but the buyer must also budget for dealing tools, a bridge, a CRM and staff. Before signing, list each of those lines and ask for their price. The scenario shows why the platform fee is only the beginning of the bill.
